Our commitment

CARRY U products are designed to be durable, safe, and suitable for everyday use. We guarantee the quality of our materials and workmanship and offer coverage for manufacturing defects, subject to the terms and conditions below. This policy explains what is covered, what is excluded, and how to submit a warranty claim.

1. What the warranty covers

This warranty covers manufacturing defects (materials or workmanship) under normal conditions of intended use.

Examples that could be covered:

  • Structural failure not caused by misuse

  • manufacturing defect affecting product performance

  • components that cease to function prematurely under normal conditions

CARRY U will determine, at its discretion, whether a product is eligible for warranty service and whether it will be repaired, replaced, or credited.

2. What the warranty does not cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • normal wear and tear

  • scratches, marks, discoloration, dents or cosmetic alterations

  • accidents (falls, impacts, crushing, etc.)

  • misuse, neglect, improper handling or storage

  • overloading, excessive force or improper use

  • an unauthorized repair, modification or alteration

  • exposure to water, chemicals, heat or extreme conditions

  • the use of third-party accessories not approved by CARRY U

Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

Zippers: Manufacturing defects are covered only within 30 days of purchase. Wear and tear, misuse, snagging, or forced closure are excluded.

3. Warranty periods vary by product

A) LOCKÜP™ System

General coverage (applies to all LOCKÜP™ products unless otherwise stated)


Warranty: 90 days


Covers manufacturing defects affecting mechanical components, magnets, connectors, bracelets, modular adapters and accessory mechanisms.
Cosmetic wear, scratches and discoloration are excluded.

Dyneema® controlled-break safety cord
Warranty: 30 days (manufacturing defects only).
This component is designed as a controlled-break safety feature and can break under excessive force (approximately 120 lbs ). Breakage caused by overload, snagging, or impact is not covered.

LOCKÜP™ Essentials Set
The coverage follows the warranty policy applicable to each of the products included in the bundle.

B) Suitcases and travel equipment

Cabin suitcases and checked suitcases


Limited lifetime warranty


Covers structural manufacturing defects affecting the shell, handles, wheels, seams, and internal structural elements.

Not covered: damage caused by airlines, cosmetic wear and tear, dents, marks, and any zipper problems beyond the 30-day coverage.

Zippers: Manufacturing defects are covered only within 30 days of purchase. Wear and tear, misuse, snagging, or forced closure are excluded.

Compression bags and storage accessories


Warranty: 90 days


Covers manufacturing defects and seam failures only.

Zippers: Manufacturing defects are covered only within 30 days of purchase. Wear and tear, misuse, snagging, or forced closure are excluded.

C) Everyday accessories and equipment

Bags and small accessories


Warranty: 90 days


Covers manufacturing defects only.

Zippers: Manufacturing defects are covered only within 30 days of purchase. Wear and tear, misuse, snagging, or forced closure are excluded.

Clothing (caps)


Warranty: 30 days (manufacturing defects only)


Covers manufacturing defects such as a stitching problem, a faulty closure or detachment of the logo/patch under normal conditions of use.

Not covered: sweat stains, discoloration, loss of shape, crushing, improper washing or drying, and normal wear and tear of the inner band or fabric.

DRINKÜP stainless steel bottle


Warranty: 90 days


Manufacturing defects only. Dents, drops, scratches and cosmetic wear are excluded.

4. Proof of purchase required

To process a warranty claim, you must provide:

  • order number or proof of purchase

  • clear photos and/or video of the problem

  • description of the situation and how the problem arose

Packaging

  • Packaging (if a return is required): If your request is approved and a return is required, please return the product in its original packaging (if available).
  • If the original packaging is unavailable, the product must be shipped in suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Items shipped without adequate protection may be refused or returned to the sender.

Any request without proof of purchase may be refused.

5. Solutions offered

If your product is approved under warranty, CARRY U may, at its discretion:

  • repair the product, or

  • replace it with an identical or equivalent product, or

  • issue a store credit if replacement is impossible

Shipping costs: CARRY U does not cover return shipping costs unless required by law.

This guarantee does not cover indirect losses such as damage to personal belongings, loss of use, travel disruption, or any other incidental or consequential damages.

6. How to submit an application

Include :

  • Subject: Warranty Request – Product Name

  • Full name and delivery address

  • Order number

  • Photos/videos of the problem

  • Description of the situation and when the problem occurred

Our team will respond within 3 to 5 business days .

7. Limitation of Liability

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
CARRY U reserves the right to determine eligibility and warranty coverage.

To the extent permitted by law, CARRY U cannot be held liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Consumer Rights

This guarantee gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights depending on your jurisdiction. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
