Under the supervision of the General Director, you will be responsible for the group's marketing/digital marketing strategy. From brand identity to developing and launching new products, creating and supervising digital marketing campaigns as well as marketing solutions. Thanks to your creativity and analytical approach, you will be able to design effective marketing strategies across various sales channels.


You will provide marketing direction and project management for digital action plans: Planning and implementation: • Propose and implement an annual marketing strategy; • Promote the image of the brands and ensure their uniformity in their uses within of the company and in collaboration with our various partners;

•Develop and implement global marketing plans;

•Manage the management of tools and relationships with subcontractors and agencies;

•Plan and supervise the production and distribution of marketing campaigns, website content, social networks and newsletters and ensure their quality and relevance.

•See to the cohesion and harmony of global marketing actions;

•Analyze the ROI of marketing strategies and campaigns;

•Coordinate traditional marketing campaigns with digital marketing campaigns;

•Monitoring best practices in digital marketing.

Monitoring and analysis of marketing operations:

•Monitor marketing budgets.

•Monitor the impact of marketing actions (by measuring the effectiveness of campaigns).

•Do reporting (quantitative and qualitative).

•Analyze the ROI (return on investment).

•Analyze data in order to optimize strategies

• Mastery of different skills in digital marketing linked to his professional experiences and the openness to complete his knowledge

•Knowledge of content management platforms Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube;

•Knowledge of platforms for marketing products online: Shopify, Mailchamp or Klavyo, Google, etc.

•Knowledge of organic referencing (SEO) an asset;

•Prior experience in online marketing and/or e-commerce an asset;

•Knowledge of the Google suite (Analytics, Ads, Tag Manager, etc.) an asset;

•Have experience in project coordination

•X years of experience in marketing or any other relevant field;
