CARRY U, a brand operated by 9489-8608 Quebec Inc. ("CARRY U", "we", "our", "us"), takes the protection of your personal information seriously. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and what your rights are. It complies with Quebec's Law 25 and with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). By using carryu.com and providing us with your information, you consent to the practices described below.

- Information you provide: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing addresses, the contents of your orders and of your communications with us.
- Payment information: processed securely by our payment processor (Shopify Payments / Stripe). We do not store full credit card numbers.
- Technical and browsing information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, traffic source, collected automatically, including through cookies.
How we use your information
- to process and deliver your orders, and to handle payments, returns and refunds;
- to provide customer service and answer your requests;
- with your consent, to send you newsletters and promotional offers (you can unsubscribe at any time);
- to maintain security, prevent fraud, and improve our site.

Children's information
Our site is not intended for children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect their information. A parent or guardian may request its removal at info@carryu.ca.
