- Acceptance. This website is operated by Les Valises Carry U Inc., doing business under the CARRY U and LOCKÜP brands. By accessing carryu.com and making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy, Shipping and Refund policies.
2. Orders. All orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud or product unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.
3. Prices and payment. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website and may change at any time without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers.
4. Shipping and returns. Shipping timelines and terms are described in our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy (30 days from delivery, some exclusions apply).
5. Product use and limitation of liability. LOCKÜP products are security devices designed to DETER theft and reduce the risk of loss. No device is foolproof: CARRY U does not guarantee that using its products will prevent theft, loss or damage to your belongings, and cannot be held liable for the theft, loss or damage of any device or item used with its products. You are responsible for using the products according to the instructions and for remaining vigilant. To the extent permitted by law, the liability of Les Valises Carry U Inc. is limited to the amount paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these terms limits statutory warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable laws, including the Quebec Consumer Protection Act.
6. Intellectual property. The website content and the CARRY U and LOCKÜP trademarks are protected. Any reproduction without prior written authorization is prohibited.
7. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute will be submitted to the courts of Quebec, subject to any rights granted to you by law.
8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page prevails.
