Where orders ship from
All orders are prepared and shipped from our warehouse at 388 rue Blainville Est, suite 702, Sainte-Therese, Quebec J7E 1N4, Canada.
Stock availability
Orders are subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock when you order it, this is shown on the product page, or we contact you directly.
Processing time
Your order is prepared and handed to the carrier within 2 to 7 business days of payment confirmation. Weekends and holidays do not count toward this window.
Carrier and tracking
We ship with Canada Post. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you receive an email with your tracking number. That number gives you the most up to date information on your delivery.
Delivery time
Once the package is handed to Canada Post, delivery time depends on the carrier and on your region. The timeframes shown by Canada Post are estimates and are not guaranteed by CARRY U. We do not control transit, customs, or postal network delays.
Delivery address
Your order is delivered to the address you enter at checkout. Please check it before confirming: an incomplete or incorrect address can delay or prevent delivery. If you spot a mistake, write to us right away at info@carryu.ca. We can correct an address as long as the package has not shipped.
International orders
Customs duties, taxes and import fees are not included in your order total and remain the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and we have no control over the amount.
