Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

 

CARRY U currently sells one-time purchases only. We do not offer subscriptions or recurring purchase options.

 

Order cancellation: if you wish to cancel an order, please email us at info@carryu.ca as soon as possible. We can cancel and fully refund any order that has not yet been shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, but it may be returned in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy (30 days from delivery).
